HONEYMOON BRIDGE
Terms of service
Effective and last updated:
A free card game for friendly competition. These terms explain the service, fair-play expectations and your rights.
Operator and agreement
Honeymoon Bridge at honeymoonbridge.net is provided by WaiverKing, Inc., 1990 N. California Blvd., 8th Floor, Suite 8, Walnut Creek, CA 94596, United States. Contact support@waiverking.com for support or questions about these terms.
These terms apply when you use the game. Please read them before playing. If you do not agree, do not start or continue a game. You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms under applicable law, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. Nothing here overrides mandatory protections for children or consumers.
The game
You can play against the computer or use automatic matchmaking for another available player. No paid subscription, entry fee, cash prize or real-money wagering is provided. In-game points have no cash value. The service is for personal, lawful entertainment.
The rules guide describes this site's draw-and-discard variant and non-vulnerable per-deal scoring. This is a casual version, not an official tournament or a guarantee of compatibility with every game called Honeymoon Bridge. Both human players must agree to another deal; either may end the match. Completed deals count toward totals; unfinished deals do not. Connection timeouts can end a match.
Nicknames are not verified identities. We cannot guarantee another player's identity, skill, availability or behaviour. Computer results recorded in the roster are device-reported and are not independently verified competition results.
Fair play and acceptable use
- Use a suitable nickname. Do not impersonate another person, use abusive or discriminatory names, or include someone else's personal information.
- Do not cheat, tamper with requests, exploit bugs, automate abusive play, overload the service or interfere with other players.
- Do not attempt to access other players' private cards, guest tokens, owner reports or systems you are not authorised to use.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, advertising spam or real-money wagering.
You are responsible for keeping your device and guest token private. Guest sessions have no password-based recovery or guaranteed cross-device access. Report suspected security problems privately to the contact above and avoid accessing or disclosing other people's data.
Privacy and your content
The privacy policy and cookies policy explain saved games, guest information, the private 90-day roster, security processing and optional analytics. Agreeing to these terms does not grant analytics consent: analytics remain a separate choice.
You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You allow us to use your nickname, moves and result information only as needed to operate and protect the game and maintain the records described in the privacy policy. Your opponent sees your nickname and public game activity.
Availability, changes and suspension
We aim to provide a working game but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free scoring, permanent saved progress or a waiting opponent. Maintenance, network problems and updates can interrupt play. We may change or discontinue features and may restrict sessions reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain a restriction and consider a query sent to our contact address.
You may stop using the service at any time. Clearing local storage removes local saves; server data follows the retention periods in the privacy policy. Ending use does not give either party rights to ignore obligations already incurred.
Website materials and external links
Website software, artwork, branding and explanatory text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and relevant licences. You may use them as part of ordinary play and share links to the site. No ownership of those materials is transferred to you. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences; these terms do not restrict rights those licences give you.
External learning references are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their content and services. Honeymoon Bridge does not claim endorsement by those organisations.
Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free service is provided as available without additional promises about fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or your misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
These terms are governed by California law, except where mandatory law gives you additional protections. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their home country.
Please contact us first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms requires arbitration, waives your right to bring a claim, or removes the protections or courts available to you under applicable consumer law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Updates
We may update these terms as the service changes and will publish the revised date here. Material changes will be brought to users' attention where reasonably practicable or legally required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. Contact us if you need information about an earlier version.
